The staff was welcoming and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Nothing, it was perfect. We had a wonderful stay without any issues.

the shuttle service from the station was a nice touch.
The hotel is quite outdated and dark, which gives a stuffy atmosphere. Communication with the staff was also difficult, as they spoke very little English.

Located near popular attractions, this hotel offered a great New Year's experience. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs, providing us with a shuttle service and tour recommendations. The meals provided were authentic and delicious. the hotel had a beautiful onsen that was relaxing and peaceful after a day of exploring.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities, like proper WiFi access in the rooms. , the staff did not communicate clearly on certain services provided, leaving us feeling confused and uninformed at times.

This ryokan offers a good service in quiet area, with delicious meals and helpful staff. It is located near the main attractions in Bessyo Onsen and the famous onsen in the town are less than 10 minutes walking distance. the rooms are really big and the open air bath is fantastic.
Communication could be a problem if you don't speak Japanese.
